Pathwayz to Transformation Foundation (PTF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive recovery services for individuals struggling with addiction, Homelessness, and abuse. We provide Housing services through our facility. Pathwayz also includes support for re-entry challenges, alternative service to incarceration, sexual exploitation, and those who may be experiencing mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive, rehabilitative environment where individuals can pursue healing and transformation.

Transitional Housing & Re-Entry Support
We provide safe, structured housing for individuals rebuilding after incarceration, addiction, or homelessness. Our caring team walks alongside each individual, offering personalized guidance, job support, and life planning to help them build confidence and transition into independent living.
Counseling & Recovery Programs
Our compassionate counselors and mentors offer recovery-focused and trauma-informed support. We provide one-on-one and group sessions that encourage emotional healing, accountability, and lasting change.
Life Skills & Workforce Development
We equip participants with the tools needed for long-term success — including financial literacy, career readiness, job placement, and communication training — helping them build confidence and sustainable futures.

At Pathwayz for Youth, our mission is to empower At-Risk Youth to Heal, Grow, and Thrive - to overcome life’s challenges through guidance, education, and supportive services. We provide safe housing, mentorship, and life-skills training to help youth build confidence, purpose, and independence. Our goal is to create pathways of hope that lead from struggle to success—transforming lives and shaping brighter futures.
